Designing catalog and custom production tools

Standard tools are components that can be ordered from industry catalogs or developed individually as a standard for a specific company. At TOOLE, we combine both approaches – providing ready-made solutions as well as designing custom tools that become an integral part of the client’s internal production system.

This solution is especially valued by companies that require consistent availability of parts with repeatable parameters and cannot afford machine downtime.

Consistency and quality control

Every standard tool produced in our facility is manufactured according to pre-established specifications. This ensures that each batch maintains identical properties – dimensions, tolerances, and operating parameters.

For many of our clients, this translates into significant time and cost savings – there’s no need to resend documentation or design the tool from scratch each time.

Availability from stock

Standard parts that we produce cyclically are kept in stock at TOOLE. This ensures that our clients can rely on us for quick delivery, even in cases of urgent need.

This solution is particularly beneficial for production facilities operating continuously, where downtime caused by a lack of parts is not an option.

Why order standard tools from TOOLE?

  1. We have been supporting production companies in Poland and abroad for years, delivering tools with consistent parameters. Our expertise allows us to recommend the best technological and material solutions tailored to the specifics of each industry.
  2. Every standard tool includes complete technical documentation, ensuring safety, easy identification, and the ability to reproduce it at any time.
  3. We produce and stock our clients’ standards, enabling us to deliver them without waiting for new production batches.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
