Metal turning

CNC Turning – high precision and repeatability

Metal turning is one of the most precise machining methods. In this process, the material rotates around its axis while the tool removes excess layers of metal, shaping it to the desired form and dimensions.

At TOOLE, we perform longitudinal, transverse, internal, external, contour, and copy turning, depending on the project requirements.

Every component is crafted with precision down to hundredths of a millimeter, ensuring the final elements meet the highest quality standards in the machinery industry.

Metal machining on modern machines

We utilize conventional lathes, CNC turning centers, as well as milling machines and EDM machines equipped with numerical control technology.

This enables us to handle both single prototypes and mass production with short lead times.

Thanks to modern machinery, high-quality tools, and the expertise of our specialists, we achieve perfect repeatability and surface smoothness with every order.

What components do we turn?

As part of our metal turning services in Łódź, we produce:

  • shafts and bushings,
  • spacers and washers,
  • nuts, pins, worm gears,
  • precision components for machines and industrial equipment.

We work with a variety of materials, including:

  • structural and tool steels,
  • non-ferrous alloys (copper, aluminum, brass, bronze),
  • technical plastics.

Why choose TOOLE for metal turning?

  1. A team of technologists and CNC operators with years of experience ensures precision and dimensional repeatability.
  2. We assist clients in selecting the right design and material solutions tailored to their needs.
  3. With our in-house machinery and efficient production planning, we can deliver finished components in a short time.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
