Hydraulic systems rely primarily on the regeneration of coatings by restoring worn internal and external diameters. A deep understanding of coating properties and anti-wear layers is essential. Thanks to our skilled team — built around engineers from Lodz University of Technology — we are well-prepared to handle challenges related to crystallography and materials engineering. We know which coatings to use and which materials they should be applied to.

We work with numerous coating suppliers offering a range of technologies — from galvanic and thermal spray methods to PVD and PVC coatings. Each coating is selected according to the operating environment of the specific component. Our ongoing collaboration with Lodz University of Technology allows us to expand our research capabilities, giving us deeper insight into the applied solutions and enabling us to reproduce them with precision.
