CNC Milling

Modern precision and repeatability in every detail

CNC milling is a cutting-edge machining method controlled by Computerized Numerical Control (CNC). This ensures that every component is processed with exceptional precision, repeatability, and speed—regardless of the complexity of the project.

At TOOLE, we utilize advanced CNC machining centers, enabling us to handle even the most complex orders—from prototype components to series production.

Metal Milling Across a Full Range of Materials

We offer milling services for all commonly used construction and technical materials, including:

  • tool steels, structural steels, and acid-resistant steels
  • aluminum alloys, brass, bronze, and copper
  • technical plastics – polyamides, POM, Teflon, Ertalyte

Multi-Axis Machining – Greater Capabilities, Shorter Lead Times

We operate modern 3- and 4-axis machining centers, enabling the production of even highly complex geometries.

The use of rotary axes allows for machining multiple planes in a single setup, significantly reducing production time and minimizing the risk of errors.

From design to finished component

We handle not only the machining itself but also the development of technology and the preparation of technical documentation.
Based on a 3D model, drawing, or sample, we are able to design the entire production process — from tool selection to final inspection.

We carry out both single-piece production and high-volume series, always with a focus on timing, precision, and repeatability.

Quality control and manufacturing precision

Each component undergoes quality control after machining, using precise measuring instruments and dimensional reports.
This allows us to ensure compliance with technical documentation and maintain high geometric accuracy.

Why choose CNC milling at TOOLE?

  1. CNC machining eliminates human errors and ensures identical quality for every part, regardless of the batch size.
  2. Automation and multi-axis machining can reduce production time by up to 40% compared to conventional methods.
  3. With precise process planning, we minimize material and tool consumption, resulting in lower unit costs.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
