CNC Turning

Our Mazak QSM 250M turning center is a high-end multitasking machine that enables precise turning and milling in a single process.

We machine components with diameters ranging from 3 to 300 mm, delivering excellent surface quality, dimensional repeatability, and short lead times.

Thanks to modern CNC technologies, we can produce even the most complex shapes and details with high precision requirements.

Combining turning, milling, and drilling in one cycle

CNC turning is not just about modern machines—it’s about control, repeatability, and production efficiency. At TOOLE, we maximize the capabilities of our turning centers by combining turning, milling, and drilling in a single cycle. This approach reduces machining time, minimizes tool changeovers, and lowers the risk of errors.

Our specialized cutting tools and precisely programmed tool paths ensure that every component meets perfect technical parameters and surface finish.

From prototype to high-volume production

With extensive experience in programming and process engineering, we:

  • design single-unit processes directly at the machine—perfect for quick implementations and prototypes,
  • develop optimized production processes for series manufacturing, ensuring high efficiency and repeatability,
  • adapt machining technology to the material type and project requirements.

We work with tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, light metal alloys, and technical plastics.

What Can We Create for You?

As part of our CNC turning services, we manufacture components such as:

  • bushings, shafts, rings, pins, housings, sockets, spacers,
  • components for machines, tools, and industrial equipment,
  • precision parts for automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Every component undergoes quality control and final measurement. Upon request, we provide measurement reports and certificates of conformity.

Why choose TOOLE for CNC turning?

  1. Mazak-class machines ensure the highest precision and dimensional repeatability—crucial for industrial production.
  2. Multitasking CNC centers combine operations—turning, drilling, milling—in a single cycle, reducing production time by up to 40%.
  3. Our operators quickly prepare and optimize processes, minimizing waste and errors.
  4. Precise measurements and certification maintain the highest execution standards.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
