Conventional Milling

Conventional milling is a classic metalworking method where the operator’s expertise plays a crucial role.
At TOOLE, conventional milling is performed by seasoned machinists of the old school—specialists who achieve the highest precision, even with the most demanding components.

Thanks to their knowledge and skills, we can produce precise parts with complex shapes that require manual adjustments, perfect tool handling, and constant parameter monitoring.

Milling of Parts up to 2000 × 1000 mm

Our extensive machine park includes horizontal and vertical milling machines equipped with:

  • rotary tables,
  • measuring scales,
  • positioning and clamping systems.

This enables us to machine large-sized components—up to 2000 × 1000 mm—while maintaining full control over dimensional accuracy.

Milling of various material grades

At TOOLE, we provide milling services for all types of materials, including:

  • structural and tool steels,
  • non-ferrous metal alloys (aluminum, brass, bronze),
  • stainless and heat-resistant steels,
  • technical plastics (e.g., Teflon, polyamide, Ertalyte).

Milling of Tooling for Special Processes

We also specialize in manufacturing technological tooling, including:

  • clamps and fixtures,
  • positioning devices,
  • components supporting assembly and production processes.

Thanks to their precision, our tooling enhances production processes and improves repeatability.

Why choose conventional milling at TOOLE?

  1. Our skilled machinists have a deep understanding of materials, tools, and machines.
  2. We use measuring scales and control instruments to ensure full accuracy in execution.
  3. We assist with developing machining technology, selecting tools, and preparing tooling.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
