Cylinder regeneration

We specialize in the comprehensive regeneration of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, as well as industrial machine components.

Using modern technologies, we achieve precise and durable surface coatings with technical chrome. This ensures exceptional wear resistance, corrosion protection, and improved tribological properties of the components. The chrome plating process is carried out in compliance with strict quality standards, guaranteeing the long lifespan and reliability of regenerated parts.

We provide services for both new and used components, regardless of their size or degree of wear.

Our range of services

The cylinder regeneration process includes:

  • disassembly and technical inspection of the component,
  • assessment of wear on working surfaces,
  • removal of mechanical damage and corrosion,
  • restoration of surface geometry through grinding, chrome plating, or sleeving,
  • assembly and leak testing after regeneration.

We regenerate both steel cylinders and those made from other metal alloys, restoring their original functional and aesthetic parameters.

Technology and parameters

We use modern processing methods, including precision grinding, technical chrome plating, and honing of internal cylinder surfaces.
Thanks to hard chrome coatings with a hardness of 800–1100 HV, we achieve high resistance to wear, corrosion, and operational degradation.

We regenerate cylinders with diameters up to 300 mm and lengths up to 1100 mm, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy and smoothness of working surfaces.

Why choose TOOLE?

  1. We offer comprehensive service, managing the entire regeneration process—from detailed diagnostics and repairs to final quality testing.
  2. Our team consists of experienced specialists who have worked with hydraulic cylinders and precision components for years, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship.
  3. By using proven technologies and high-quality materials, we achieve complete precision and durability, ensuring that regenerated parts maintain their parameters for a long time.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.

Frequently asked questions about technology and order fulfillment

We are capable of regenerating cylinders with a maximum diameter of up to 300 mm.

This means that if your cylinder has a diameter of no more than 300 mm, we can perform a full renovation — grinding, chrome plating, internal surface repair, and other related work.

If your cylinder has a diameter greater than 300 mm, we encourage you to contact us — we will assess the possibility of performing the service under individual conditions or propose an alternative solution.

Yes, we do chrome cylinders. We use modern technologies in our work that allow for precise and durable coating of surfaces with a layer of technical chrome. This ensures very high resistance to wear, corrosion, and improves the tribological properties of the components. The chroming process is carried out in compliance with strict quality standards, ensuring the long lifespan and reliability of the regenerated parts.

Chroming cylinders is one of the key stages of our regeneration process — it restores their original dimensions and functional properties, even in cases of significant wear. We provide this service for both new and used components, regardless of their size or degree of wear. Our goal is to deliver maximum precision and durability to our clients, which is why every cylinder undergoes thorough quality control after chroming.

Yes, a cylinder can be machined. Our company specializes in comprehensive cylinder regeneration, which includes machining. This process restores the original technical parameters of the components and ensures their continued safe operation. We perform machining with the highest precision, using specialized machines that maintain perfect surface geometry and the appropriate wall roughness.

During machining, we remove worn material layers and then restore the correct dimensions and structure of the cylinder’s internal surface. In many cases, after machining, we also apply honing to achieve optimal working conditions for the piston and rings. This ensures that the regenerated cylinder functions like new, providing proper pressure and high system efficiency.

The entire process is carried out in compliance with strict quality standards. Our goal is not only to restore the functionality of the part but also to extend its lifespan and reduce operating costs. Therefore, we always individually assess the condition of the component and select the appropriate machining and regeneration technology accordingly.
