Flat surface grinding
Perfect surface finish
Flat surface grinding is a critical finishing process that ensures exceptional smoothness, flatness, and parallelism of surfaces. This step often serves as the final stage in the production of precision machine parts, molds, tools, or technological equipment components.
Technological capabilities
We are equipped with grinding tables that allow us to process components up to 2000 mm in length and weighing up to 200 kg.
We perform both flat surface grinding and angular grinding using sine bars and magnetic tables, enabling precise fitting of components for complex structures.
We grind all types of materials, including:
- Ferromagnetic materials: structural steels, tool steels, and hardened steels,
Non-magnetic materials: aluminum, brass, bronze, and technical plastics.
Angular and carousel grinding
We perform angular grinding on specialized magnetic tables and sine bars, ensuring highly precise alignment of working surfaces.
Additionally, we offer metal grinding on carousel grinders, enabling the machining of large, heavy components with significant diameters—an ideal solution for the heavy industry and energy sectors.
Custom fittings and quality control
At TOOLE, every order is handled individually. We perform surface grinding requiring fittings according to Polish Standards (PN) or, upon request, in line with the client’s technical specifications.
Each component undergoes quality control after machining, and upon request, we can provide a measurement report or a certificate of compliance.
Why entrust flat surface grinding to TOOLE?
- Our team consists of highly skilled professionals with years of experience in precision machining. We support clients at every stage—from selecting the right technology to final quality control.
- We achieve perfect flatness and smoothness of components, adhering to applicable standards and technical requirements. Every detail undergoes dimensional inspection to meet the highest precision standards.
- With modern machinery, we handle grinding of components up to 2000 mm in length and 200 kg in weight, accommodating both single pieces and production series.
- We work with a wide range of materials, including structural and hardened steels, non-ferrous metals, and composite materials. We tailor the technology to achieve optimal parameters for each project.
