Turning on conventional machines

Precision Metal Turning on Conventional Lathes

At TOOLE, we perform metal turning on conventional lathes within a diameter range of 1 to 700 mm. We work with tool steel, structural steel, non-ferrous metal alloys, and technical plastics.

Thanks to our extensive machine park and experienced team of turners, we can handle both single components and production series while maintaining consistency and high precision.

From Prototype to Mass Production

Every project begins with an analysis of technical requirements and the preparation of machining technology.

We select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters to achieve the best balance between quality and production cost.

This approach ensures our solutions are effective for both single replacement parts and long industrial production runs.

We manufacture components based on:

  • provided technical drawings,
  • part samples,
  • client concepts or jointly developed documentation.

What can we create for you?

We machine a variety of components used in machines, production lines, and tools:

  • shafts, bushings, pins, nuts, washers, spacers, worm gears, and many other mechanical parts,
  • metal and plastic elements with varying hardness levels and precision requirements,
  • components for maintenance departments, tool shops, and prototype production.

We work with both standard tools and custom-designed tools created in-house, ensuring perfectly tailored machining parameters.

Why Choose TOOLE for Turning?

  1. From small details to large components up to 700 mm in diameter – we machine almost every type of steel and technical plastic.
  2. By precisely selecting technology and tools, we reduce machining time and material waste, resulting in lower unit costs.
  3. Our extensive range of conventional lathes allows for parallel execution of multiple orders and short lead times.
  4. Every component undergoes quality control using certified measuring tools.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
