Welding

Welding is one of the fundamental methods for permanently joining metals by locally melting and fusing them into a homogeneous whole. At TOOLE, welding plays a crucial role in manufacturing and repair processes, especially in the production and regeneration of tool and machine parts.

Our range of services

We perform conventional welding across a wide range of materials, including:

  • tool steels,
  • austenitic and acid-resistant steels,
  • and other metal grades requiring high precision and thermal process control.

Our expertise enables us to join components with complex geometries while maintaining the mechanical properties of the material. Every project is carried out in compliance with quality standards and safety principles to achieve durable and aesthetically pleasing welds.

Brazing of carbide plates

In addition to traditional welding, we also offer hard brazing of carbide plates, an essential step in the production of cutting tools and components with enhanced wear resistance. This process requires precise selection of temperature and filler material to ensure a durable bond between the plate and the tool body.

By using high-quality brazing materials and a controlled thermal process, we achieve an ideal connection with high operational resistance, eliminating the risk of plate detachment during tool operation.

Why choose TOOLE?

  1. We combine traditional welding skills with a modern engineering approach, enabling us to handle both single repairs and regenerations as well as complex production projects involving welding, brazing, and further mechanical processing.
  2. Each project is treated individually, selecting the welding or brazing technology based on the material type, strength requirements, and the final purpose of the component.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

1.

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

2.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

3.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

4.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
